Country Style Natural & White Finish Dining Chair House Bench

I got this piece to match my existing table and chairs of white with butcher block top. It matched perfectly, it was easy to put together. My children love it! It makes for a perfect country kitchen!

******UPDATE********** If I could change my star rating, I would rate this item a 1. DON'T BUY IT. THE TABLE FELL APART IN THE FIRST WEEK AND THE CHAIRS DO NOT STAY TOGETHER. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. JUST GO TO IKEA AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE FOR A QUALITY SET!!

Well, let's start with shipping--it's a pretty heavy shipment. It takes about 30 min (no joke) to get the packaging off and even get to the set.

Assembly is simple enough, however the tools they include are a) cheap b) not well thought out. By the second chair, the allen wrench they included was done with. Thankfully, I had my own higher quality one, but one that would last through the whole set would have been nice. And the wrench simply doesn't fit into some tight spaces--had to tighten the legs of the table with pliers.

The support slat on the bottom of the chair is not level, you have to hold it in place with the diagonal side in the correct position so that it doesn't pull the chair apart. Be sure not to get piece 5 and 6 mixed up.

Also, you do need a drill to put the chair seat on, a simple screwdriver won't do this part for you.

The table is pretty uneasy and I fear what would happen if I put something really heavy on it. The chairs are in better shape in terms of sturdiness, if you can get them together well enough.

So, overall, I will give this set a 4 out of 5 because of:

I would give this 3 stars, but I think that for the price, it's outstanding. Just be prepared with a drill instead of using your paws like I did :(

I recently purchased this set for a friend. I already owned a set and when I bought it the cost was about three-times as much. Although slightly different than mine; the main difference is the stools don't swivel on this set, but it's a small loss given the amazing price difference.

The chrome finish, study stools and slick black oil table top on this set is superb and definitely bar quality.

Stong durable and easy to assemble, you really can't go wrong for a high bar table and two stools for the incredible price.

9pcs Contemporary Black Counter Height Dining Table & 8 Stools Set

Item was received but took longer than originally quoted. I am very happy with the product. This set must be assembled. It took us about 2 hours. The stools are very sturdy and look great in our kitchen. One of the back support bars was off-centered. I called the company and they sent a replacement. Overall very happy with this set.

Wonderful table! Very sturdy. The color is great as well, I think the customer above may have thought the table should be more of an espresso stain. Cappuccino is a dark brown stain but not quite espresso colored. I would advise the company to wrap the chairs better for shipping. I really enjoy this table and think it is a great deal!! Thank you. I was worried about ordering a table online without actually seeing it in a store first but this table is everything I hoped it would be. We were looking for the perfect gathering table that could also double as a dining table since our place is limited in size and this fit the bill perfectly. It seats eight comfortably and is great for company. The assembly wasn't difficult but does take a little time, especially since you have to build all the chairs too. The Lazy Susan is very modern and looks gorgeous. The storage in the bottom is great for wine and stemware. It is a heavy table and solidly built. Make sure you have a few people to help you carry it inside. I would highly recommend this table to anyone. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of all the assembly required.
